Selected work

Unity Gateway

Unity, Senior Product Manager II, 2024 to now

Problem
Teams across Unity exposed and secured their APIs in different ways, on legacy gateway infrastructure.
What I did
I lead strategy and roadmap for the platform that standardizes it: authentication, authorization, routing, rate limiting and service onboarding. I also drive the migration off the legacy gateway, sequencing it so service teams switch over without disruption.
Result
One consistent way to expose, secure and operate APIs across the company, with access patterns like RBAC, entitlements and service-to-service auth aligned across teams.

Reporting API v2

Talent.com, Product Manager, 2021 to 2022

Problem
The reporting API had no rate limiting or load balancing. Some clients polled it like a real-time database, which took it down and left one of our largest clients with inaccurate, inconsistent numbers.
What I did
I championed and scoped a v2 reporting API built around rate limiting and load balancing, and helped write it.
Result
The outages stopped, the numbers became reliable, and we kept the client, recovering more than $10M in business within six months.
$10M+business recovered

ATS integration architecture

Talent.com, Lead Product Manager, 2022 to 2024

Problem
Connecting enterprise clients on platforms like UKG and iCIMS took weeks, which capped how fast we could onboard.
What I did
I revamped the integration architecture for third-party applicant tracking systems.
Result
Integration time dropped from weeks to days, so the team could onboard far more enterprise clients.
−30%integration time

Employer job posting experience

Talent.com, Lead Product Manager, 2022 to 2024

Problem
Employers needed a better way to post and manage jobs on the platform.
What I did
I built a new B2B job posting interface with Engineering and Design.
Result
Employer satisfaction rose 12% and new employer sign-ups grew 15%.
+12%employer satisfaction

neuvoo to Talent.com rebrand

Talent.com, Product Manager, 2021 to 2022

Problem
The whole product had to move to a new brand without putting client revenue at risk.
What I did
I led the transition, coordinating Product, Sales, Client Success and Finance, and kept six Scrum teams delivering through the migration.
Result
More than 1,000 client accounts moved over with zero revenue disruption.
1,000+accounts migrated, no revenue lost

Search and feed performance

Talent.com, Product Manager, 2021 to 2022

Problem
Job seekers weren't clicking through to apply often enough from our API and XML feeds.
What I did
I optimized how keywords and semantic search were matched in the feeds.
Result
Apply-click ratio went up 10%.
+10%apply-click ratio

Publisher partnerships

Talent.com, Senior Partnerships Manager, 2019 to 2020

Problem
We were stuck spending around $150K a month to distribute our job listings to partner sites, because we didn't have enough publisher partners to put more budget to work.
What I did
I built strategic partnerships with publishers and job boards, sending our listings to them through XML feeds, and hired and trained the account team to run them.
Result
Monthly spend grew past $1.5M in under 8 months. With a 20% revenue share on every click, that meant more than $300K in monthly revenue, about $3.6M a year.

About

I'm a Senior Product Manager II at Unity in Montréal, where I own Unity Gateway, the platform that decides how APIs across the company are exposed, secured and run.

Before that I spent six years at Talent.com, moving from building the publisher partner network into product. By the end I was Lead PM for B2B and Platform, managing three product managers and working as hands-on product owner across up to six Scrum teams, on systems from billing to publisher APIs.

I started in client success at Workopolis, where I led a team of eight across three cities, and I hold a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia, a graduate program in organizational change and leading complex teams.

Going from HR tech to gaming infrastructure taught me that the craft is what travels: finding the real problem, getting many teams pointed the same way, and measuring whether it worked.
